  Last year having moved into the area and not knowing anyone, reluctantly took my Volvo to a chain garage for a service and was charged a high amount for a pretty poor service. A couple of days ago, my S40 had the engine management light come on and started shuddering, and I thought this is going to be expensive. Thankfully a neighbour recommended Avalon and told me that they are the guys to talk to far all things Volvo, and after seeing a Google rating of 4.9, I thought lets give it a shot. Nick, Graham and Drew provided a speedy, professional and friendly service and had the problem solved by the following day for a very reasonable price. As a bonus, Nick also recommended where I can get a replacement case for my cracked alarm fob (which I have just ordered from PFS parts in Finedon- Thanks Nick!). I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the site, even the workshop appeared immaculate! Will definitely be back . Keep up the good work. 5 stars *****.

  Brought a volvo from Avalon cars. Very good customer service. Went out of their way to help with collection of vehicle. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Highly recommended A+
